Refund Policy

Failed generations

If a video fails or does not finish within 30 minutes, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Credit pack purchases

[DRAFT — refund eligibility pending decision. Proposal: you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack.]

How refunds work

Payments are processed by Waffo, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.

When a purchase is refunded, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance. If you have already used some of them, we remove only the credits that remain. Your balance never goes below zero.

Credits do not expire

Unused credits stay in your account. There is no subscription to cancel.
