Agreement

These Terms govern your use of ClipSKU (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY_NAME] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

The Service

ClipSKU turns a product photo and a short description into a 5 or 10 second video. Videos are generated by an AI video model (Kling 2.5 Turbo, provided through fal.ai).

AI output can be inaccurate or differ from your product. Review every video before you publish it.

Your account

You sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits and payments

Generating a video uses credits: 10 credits for a 5 second video and 20 credits for a 10 second video. New accounts receive 10 free credits.

You buy credits in one-time packs. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. There is no subscription.

Payments are processed by Waffo, our Merchant of Record. Waffo is the seller for the purchase and handles payment, tax and invoicing.

Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. Refunds for purchases follow our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep your rights to the photos and text you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to our video provider, only to operate the Service for you.

You confirm that you own your uploads or have permission to use them, including any trademarks, logos or people shown.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content or create videos that include: sexual or nude content; any content that sexualizes minors; graphic violence or gore; hate, harassment or content that promotes violence against people or groups; deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent; content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights; illegal products, scams or misleading claims.

Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to train other models.

We may review content that is reported to us or that we find in our systems. We may remove content, refuse a generation, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Report content or appeal a decision at [SUPPORT_EMAIL].

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL].

If we close your account for a breach of these Terms, unused credits are not refunded.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or that every video will meet your expectations.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it takes effect.
